Our QC department is equipped with the latest vibration analyzers, sophisticated dimensional  examination systems and high-performance noise measuring devices,and the numerous instruments for testing bearing functional performance which are all routinely inspected foraccuracy. This approach to quality assurance reflects HOWON’s uncompromising commitment to zero-defect bearings.,.We also has experiencedprofessional inspectors and engineers guidedby a ISO 9001:2000-and ISO/TS 16949:2002-certified quality management system.
It is equipped with the leading domestic production equipments such as inner and outer ring raceway super-finishing machine, high accuracy general purpose abrasion centerless grinder, bearing grease injection cap automatic production line, ultrasonic wave electronic cleaning machine, bearing vibration testing instrument, bearing inner and outer diameter tester and so forth.
The senior engineers form a complete optimization according to the comprehensive factors such as the work characteristics, domestic materials etc. The technicians and inspectors in Quality Inspection Dept. solve the existing craft, technological and quality problems during the workshop machining process in time. It persists in the quality principle of "quality first, user’s interest supreme, persistent improvement" . All the staff members firmly set up the faith of " quality is higher than everything"
